RIP Intermedia Arts

As you may have heard, Intermedia Arts is being sold to the greediest bidder. It was a sanctuary for artists of all kinds. My assumption is that it will become a basic-B condo dormitory for the post grad students of the basic-B life. In honor of that, I will be heading over there from time to time to watch the mutation of the space. I want to film it to point out what the vacuous nature of building one of those "communities" on top of the ashes of a real community is all about.
